As far back as I can remember,I've always known that I was going to be a teacher. I grew up locally and went to college at Winthrop University. Returning to Charleston, I was eager to start teaching. It's always been my passion! I've been a teacher for 23 years. I've spent 20 of those years at SASMS. So it's reasonable to say that I love St. Andrew's School of Math and Science! We have such a family atmosphere here and you can feel the love of children and education at every corner! On a personal note, my husband, Rob, and I have been happily married for 16 years and have two beautiful children. Piper is 12 years old, a SASMS alum, and a 7th grader at Charleston Charter School of Math and Science. Whilden is 7 years old and he's right here in 2nd grade at St. Andrews.
